A printer behind a router is usually not available for computers in front of it or from the Internet.
To make this printer accessible, several forwarding rules can be created in the router in the NAT area. To do this, you must know the port numbers, or service port numbers and their protocols:
|9100||TCP||PDL Data Stream / Datatransfer|
|161||UDP||Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) / Status query|
|162||UDP||Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) / Status query|
The printer protocol must be changed from LPR to RAW in the configuration of the port in Windows.
